The Field Service Technician is accountable for installing, maintaining, repairing, and providing training on Chemical Analysis products. Their focus will be on GC products within the Chemical Analysis scope. Moreover, when not on-site with customers, the Field Service Technician will manage helpdesk duties, attending to technical inquiries via phone calls and emails from customers.
Responsibilities:
Conducts installations, routine maintenance, and calibrations at customer locations.
Offers telephone and email assistance as necessary.
Carries out both preventive and corrective maintenance on analyzers.
Conducts customer training sessions both on-site and at our facility.
Adapts productively to changes and fulfills other assigned tasks.
Capable of national travel.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor degree in Chemistry or Electronics/Instrumentation
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with laboratory instruments.
Experience with Installation, Commissioning and Filed Service of Gas Chromatography Instruments and Analysers. Preference for Experience in refinery and Petrochemical Industries. Candidate should have knowledge of Gas Chromatography analyser used in Petrochemical and Refinery industries.

Solid working knowledge of industrial service field
